At first, the hotel seemed slightly overpriced, but after some negotiation, the rate was adjusted, which was a pleasant surprise. Despite a few cleanliness issues in the room, overall, it was modern and clean, with a minor mishap involving spilled soda or juice inside. The service was a bit mixed, with friendly yet standoffish staff, and an unexpected knock on the door before checkout. The location, however, was a highlight, with easy access to a nearby concert and excellent food options across the river. Dining had its ups and downs, with extremely slow service but excellent quality food. Despite a couple of hiccups, the facilities met expectations.
The hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff, although minor cleanliness concerns were noticed. The location was convenient for gaming enthusiasts and those attending local events. Dining options were good but slightly overpriced. Overall, a reasonable choice for a short stay.
The hotel's rooms were not ready until close to 6 pm but were nicely updated, though on the expensive side. The rooms are the same whether it's during the week or the weekend, nothing more, nothing less.
